This marvellous DVD covers the “Milwaukee Road” from 1955 to 1978 covering the electric, diesels and some steam.  This great look at electric locomotives and mountain railroading. You get to see GE box-cabs, Joes, and Bi-polars in many great locations. Interestingly you get to go inside substations and yards; hear the start-up of the motor-generators at the Avery sub-station; and hear as well as experience and the sounds and sights that have been described as “raising the hairs on the back of your neck”.
