LAYAWAY POLICY
ü Any item can be laid away for you
ü Items without a deposit are held only for 7 days
ü The initial payment of 20% of the order is non-refundable
ü Monthly installments of 20% are required
ü Special terms are available for items over $500
Arrangements can be made if you need to miss a payment. Please contact us.
Please note; we want to work with you on any problems you might have but in the event of any missed payments we reserve the right to cancel the layaway and refund any payments retain the initial payment
SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
ü We are happy to order whatever you need
ü Deposits will be required on all special orders with the exception of stock items
ü The deposit is forfeited if you cancel the special order
ü All special orders must be picked up or shipped within 30 days of arrival or the deposit will be forfeited
ü If you will be away when your order arrives, arrangements can be made for you to pick up your order at a later time
Deposits will be refunded if the item is not available.
RETURN POLICY
ü No unauthorized returns on electronic products.
ü Returned items must be in original unopened packaging
ü Returns must be accompanied by original receipt
ü Locomotives and train sets are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Please contact the manufacturer for warranty service.
ü If you have a problem with the manufacturer’s warranty, please contact us as we want to help
Repair or replacement of defective product will be at the sole discretion of management
